LANIKAI is a freshwater Tartan with a brand new standing rig (in '00) and her engine head was rebuilt in '98. You won't find many Tartan 30s like this beautiful boat! Owner has kept her immaculate! She's an unusual T30 in that she has a FULL GALLEY (Frig, Sink, Stove) on the starboard side of the cabin and an Edson WHEEL in the cockpit-two sizes! (you'll find most T30s with a small galley to STR, one quarter berth and a tiller in the cockpit). She has Two aft quarter berths. Nice sized V-Berth, with the head just aft on port. Will sleep four nicely. Cushions are very nice both in cabin and cockpit. She has a dodger and a bimini. A wonderful FAST family boat. Her 30HP Atomic 4 has low hours hours. Standing Rigging and Mast - awgripped- were NEW in 2000.
